In competition for global markets, technology enthusiasts and informal international communities sometimes play a key role. The most famous of these examples is the Free Software Movement, which spawned not only the GNU Open License Agreement standard, but also the most popular Linux service operating system. In the history of our country, a similar example is the emergence of the aviation and space industries based on aeronautics and jet propulsion circles.
