The evolution of the innovation ecosystem
In Russia, at the state level, a number of programs and initiatives are being implemented aimed at supporting high-tech industries, opening up new markets, stimulating the scientific and technological development of the state, with the aim of creating conditions for global leadership. The process of building a holistic innovative ecosystem of the state continues, but already at the current stage we can analyze the experience of the past years, the effectiveness and inefficiency of existing strategies.
Heroes who developed the mechanisms of the state innovation ecosystem, launched the first development institutions and became the first recipients of support will share their stories:
- in what, looking back, they see the value and weakness of their decisions;
- what we are proud of today, we would like to do differently;

Accelerating the country's technological development is one of the national goals of Russia, defined by the May Decree of the President of the Russian Federation. The coming years should become for Russia a period to attract investment in expanding the innovation infrastructure, increasing the efficiency of the existing one, developing human resources and forming an effective system for managing scientific and technological development. At the same time, the rate of development, implementation and introduction of new technologies and new markets requires constant updating, and often changes in previously adopted and approved strategies. The discussion will be devoted to building an effective managerial circuit for the country advanced technological development and proposals for a possible adjustment of the next stage strategy.

Expert session of teams of centers of competence, working groups of NTI, industrial partners and development institutions on existing and new project support tools (global unicorns) in introducing the product to the Southeast Asian market.
The Government of the Russian Federation entered into an agreement of intent with leading technology companies providing state participation on development of certain high-tech areas. Within the closeout session framework, the results on the roadmaps’ readiness for the development of high-tech industries will be summarized and feedback will be received, recommendations will be given on their finalization, and the possibilities of eliminating barriers to achieve their goals will be evaluated.
